Hora feliz
$6 margaritas, $3 tacos al pastor and half-off botanas at the bar and on the patio.
Masa pressed every morning, carne asada over mesquite, and forty-one mezcals behind the bar. Pull up a chair on the patio — dinner’s already on the fire.

Chef Marisol Vega grew up rolling masa in her grandmother’s kitchen in Oaxaca. Cantina Sol is her love letter to it — a loud, warm, candlelit room where everything is made by hand, every single day.
Tortillas are pressed at six every morning. The carne asada goes over mesquite. The mole negro takes three days and twenty-eight ingredients, and nobody is rushing it. Come hungry, stay late, and let us pour you something smoky.

“Booked on my phone in ten seconds, got a text confirmation, and they had a candle in the flan for my mom’s birthday.”
“Forty-one mezcals and a bartender who actually wants to walk you through them. Ask for the flight.”
“Catered our team offsite for sixty people. The taco bar was gone in twenty minutes. Already rebooked.”
“That patio at golden hour, papel picado overhead, a Sol margarita with Tajín. Nothing better.”
“Ordered ahead for pickup and it was hot and ready to the minute. The guacamole is enormous.”

Welcome to Club Sol. (Demo only — nothing was sent.)
Cantina Sol is fictional, but the idea is real. In a real build, the website connects to a custom CRM we build for the restaurant itself — its own hub, shaped around how its team takes reservations, quotes catering and follows up:
On this demo, forms go to AdaptExec’s demo CRM so you can see a real submission flow — no one is texted, emailed or seated.
