When exactly do drops go live?+
Every Friday at 6:00 pm Arizona time. Arizona skips daylight saving, so it’s 6 pm MST all year — 8 pm Eastern in winter, 9 pm Eastern in summer. Pieces hit the shop rack at the same moment.
What does “1 of 1” mean?+
We only have one of each piece. No restocks, no other sizes. If it’s in someone’s bag, it shows as held; if it sells, it’s gone for good.
How do the condition grades work?+
A = like new. B = lightly worn, small flaws we photograph and describe. C = well-loved (fading, a mend, a mark) and priced for it. Plus and minus fine-tune the grade.
How long do you hold items in my bag?+
Ten minutes from the moment you add the first piece. The timer shows in your bag. When it runs out, pieces go back on the rack so everyone gets a fair shot.
Will it fit? Vintage sizes are weird.+
They are. That’s why every piece lists flat-lay measurements in inches. Compare them to something you already own and love.
Shipping, pickup and returns?+
Free US shipping over $75, otherwise $6 flat. Free pickup at the shop on Saturdays. Doesn’t fit? Send it back within 7 days for store credit (sample policy).
I’m under 18 — can I shop?+
Of course. Online checkout needs a parent or guardian’s OK and payment method. To sell to us, bring a parent or guardian to drop-off.
