Independent agents comparing 30+ carriers, plus fee-only planners who never earn a commission on your plan.

One office, two disciplines. Our P&C agents shop carriers for you; our planners work for a flat fee and sell nothing. They talk to each other — so your umbrella limit and your retirement plan actually agree.

Independent agents, so we work for you — not one carrier. Every renewal gets re-shopped automatically.

CFP® professionals paid a flat fee by you — never a commission — with a written plan you keep.
Four quick questions. The meter scores how well a typical policy set fits a household like yours, then hands the results to an agent so you never repeat yourself.

No call center, no hand-offs. The agent who quotes you is the one who calls when your renewal jumps.
Ten minutes on the phone or the Checkup above. Upload your declarations page if you have it — we read the fine print.
We run your exact coverage across 30+ carriers and match limits line by line, so the cheapest quote isn’t secretly thinner.
A one-page summary in plain English. Pick an option, sign on your phone, and we set a reminder to re-shop before next renewal.

Most quotes come back within one business day. Planning calls are 30 minutes, by video or at our Old Town office — and there’s no charge for either.
Honest note: this is a fictional demo. Requests go to AdaptExec’s demo CRM so you can see the workflow — nobody will call you about insurance or planning.
Every quote, renewal, claim and planning review lives in one CRM built around how an independent agency actually works. The assistant drafts and suggests — people review and decide. (Mock data, for the demo.)

Pick something to draft. The assistant writes a first version from the file; nothing is sent until an agent approves it.
Mock dashboard with invented data. Assistant features are illustrative: they draft and suggest, and a licensed person reviews before anything is sent, bound or changed. Want this for your business? AdaptExec builds websites + CRMs like this.

No. Insurance quotes are free and there’s no obligation. When you buy a policy, the carrier pays us a commission that’s already built into every carrier’s price — you don’t pay more by using an agent.
Our planners are paid only by you — a flat project fee or annual retainer agreed in writing. They earn nothing from products, so they can recommend doing nothing when that’s the right call.
Planning clients are never required to buy insurance from us, and if a plan recommends coverage we’ll show outside options. Planners don’t share in commissions — that’s written into their pay.
No. We line up the new policy to start the same day the old one ends and handle the cancellation paperwork, including any refund of unused premium.
Every renewal is reviewed 45 days out. If the price rises 8% or more, or coverage changes, we re-quote automatically and call you with options.
Yes — cafés, salons, contractors, medical offices and other businesses with up to about 75 employees. Omar can bundle general liability, property, workers’ comp and cyber on one renewal date.
Call our claims line any time. We open the claim with your carrier, explain your deductible and coverage, and follow up with the adjuster until it’s paid.
Never required. Most clients do everything by phone, video and e-signature. If you’d like to sit down, our Old Town office has free parking.

Fifteen minutes with a Haverline agent. If we can’t beat or match what you have, we’ll tell you so.
