01 · Swirl Scanner
Under a single inspection light, “clean” paint shows its real story — wash-mitt swirls, buffer holograms, random deep scratches. Slide the bar across this hood to see what measured correction does to it.

We meter every panel in gloss units before and after, and the numbers go on your vehicle file.
Defects are leveled out of the clear coat, then locked under ceramic — nothing to wash away in a month.
A paint-depth gauge sets how much clear we can safely remove on each panel. Thin edges get hand-finished.
02 · Services
Each one has its own spec sheet. Hover a card — or tap “Spec sheet” on a phone — to see what you’re actually buying.

Self-healing urethane film for rock chips on the Loop 101 — computer-cut, edges wrapped.

Nano-ceramic film that rejects heat without turning your phone signal or your view to mud.
03 · Package builder
Pick a size and a goal and compare the three coating tiers side by side. Your build carries straight into the quote request below.
Illustrative demo pricing; not an offer. Final quotes depend on paint condition measured in the studio.
04 · Process
Every car moves through the same sequence, logged step by step in its vehicle file. Scroll sideways — or use the arrows.
Walk-around under 5,000K inspection light. Every chip, swirl and repaint is photographed and noted.
Foam pre-wash, two-bucket hand wash, iron remover and clay to pull out embedded rail dust and overspray.
Paint-depth readings on every panel set a removal budget. Gloss is metered so we can prove the gain.
Cut and refine with pads matched to your clear coat. Thin edges and body lines are finished by hand.
Panel wipe to bare clear, then ceramic laid in thin, leveled layers — glass, wheels and trim too.
Infrared lamps and a 72°F, 40% humidity bay give the coating a controlled, dust-free cure.
We walk you around the car under the lights, review readings, register your warranty and send aftercare.
05 · Gallery
Filter by service. Open any car to slide between the before and after and see its readings.
06 · The studio
Five sealed bays north of the Scottsdale Airpark. Filtered air, sealed epoxy floors and lighting tuned to show every defect — so nothing hides until the sun finds it.

BAY CAM 0200:00:00Or we’ll collect the car in our enclosed trailer — free inside 25 miles on 5- and 9-year packages.
07 · Sample reviews
Illustrative reviews written for this demo — the kind of feedback a lab like this earns.
They sent me a PDF with paint readings for every panel before they touched it. The hood went from 64 to 93 gloss. I have never had a detailer show me their math.
Picked it up the week it was delivered. Six months of the 101 later, the front end still looks factory — and I genuinely cannot find the film edges.
Black truck, Arizona, two kids. It looked gray with swirls. Now dust blows off on the freeway and the cab stays noticeably cooler in July. Annual check-in was a five-minute visit.
08 · Quote & studio visit
Send your build and we’ll reply with a measured quote window. Final pricing is confirmed after a free 30-minute inspection in the studio.
Honest note: this is a fictional demo. Requests go to AdaptExec’s demo CRM so you can see the workflow — nobody will contact you about your car.
09 · FAQ
The questions every coating client asks — answered before you have to.
The coating is surface-dry in our IR-cured bay within 12–24 hours, so you drive away the next day. Full chemical cure takes about two weeks: keep it out of sprinklers and skip washing for the first 7 days. A light rinse is fine if you get caught in a monsoon.
Hand wash every 2–3 weeks with a pH-neutral soap, two buckets and a clean mitt, out of direct sun. No automatic brush washes — they reinstall the swirls we removed. Touchless is fine in a pinch. You’ll get a printed aftercare sheet at hand-off.
The written warranty covers loss of gloss, hydrophobic failure, oxidation and UV fading of coated paint for the full term — 1, 5 or 9 years. It requires a free annual inspection (about 30 minutes) and it transfers if you sell the car. Rock chips and collision damage aren’t covered; that’s what PPF is for.
Ceramic protects against UV, chemicals and dirt and makes washing easy. PPF is a physical layer that stops rock chips. Most of our clients with new cars do front-end PPF plus a ceramic coat over everything — the “Maximum armor” goal in the builder.
Our coatings are rated for sustained surface temperatures well above what a black hood reaches in July. What shortens coating life here is neglect, not heat — hard-water spots baked on by the sun. That’s why the annual inspection includes a decontamination and top-up.
10 · Behind the glass
Every bay, paint reading, warranty and quote lives in one CRM built around how a detail studio actually works. The assistant drafts and suggests — people review and decide. (Mock data, for the demo.)
Advance a vehicle when a stage is signed off.
Stages: inspect → decon → correct → coat → cure. A request from the quote form shows up as a queued vehicle.

Drafts only — a technician reviews before anything is sent.
Mock dashboard with invented data. Assistant features are illustrative: they draft and suggest, and a person reviews before anything is sent, scheduled or changed. Want this for your business? AdaptExec builds websites + CRMs like this.
