Do I need to be home?
Nope. About 70% of our clients aren’t. Leave a lockbox code, garage keypad or smart-lock code in your booking — it’s stored encrypted and only your cleaner sees it, the morning of.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — vacuums with HEPA filters, microfiber, and plant-based products as standard. Prefer your own products? Leave them out and we’ll use those instead.
What about pets?
We love them. Tell us their names in your booking. Crate them if they’re nervous around vacuums, and add the pet hair detail if they shed like it’s their job.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free to reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours there’s a $40 fee, because your cleaner already planned their day around you.
What if something gets broken?
Tell us within 48 hours. We’re insured and bonded, and we repair or replace — no forms marathon.
Do you clean Airbnbs between guests?
Every day. Rental turnovers include linens, restocking from your supply closet, and a photo set sent to you before the next check-in.
