No black box.
Here’s the math.
This is an estimate, not a promise. It assumes leaked leads would have closed at your normal close rate. The slow-reply drop-off is a default assumption unless you change it.
Plug the
biggest leaks first.
Estimates only, based on your inputs. No guarantees. Fixes overlap, so the card amounts shouldn’t be added together.

Questions,
answered.
How accurate is the Lead Leak Calculator?
It’s an estimate built only from the numbers you enter, plus one default assumption about how many leads drop off when replies are slow (you can change it). It assumes leaked leads would have closed at your normal close rate. Use it to see where to look first, not as a forecast.
What counts as a “leaked” lead?
Someone who reached out but never became a real conversation: a missed call with no callback, a form or text that sat unanswered after hours, a reply that came too late, or a lead nobody followed up with.
What is a missed-call text-back?
When a call goes unanswered, your system instantly texts the caller, so they can tell you what they need by text instead of calling the next business. It’s one of the quickest leaks to plug, and something we build into custom CRMs.
Do I need new software to fix these leaks?
Not always. Some fixes are process changes. When software helps, we build exactly what you need and you own it, with no lock-in and no required subscription.
What’s in the free fix plan?
Adam reviews your numbers personally and sends back the two or three changes likely to recover the most leads for your business, in plain English, with honest costs if any of it needs building.
